We are a full service remodeling company, building company and restoration company. We use sub-contractors and we do a lot of the work ourselves. We want to insure quality and on time completion so sometimes it is necessary to use our trades. They have worked with us for over 15 years and some even longer than that. We are licensed by the TRCC, however, the TRCC is folding up in August 2010 due to the decline in residential homebuilding. We are s ...till on their listing and are in good standing. There is no other required licensing in the state of Texas at this time, but we are advocates of having state licensing to insure that our customers feel safe. All of our subcontractors are licensed with the state and are insured up to $2,000,000 as well as A2Z. We do not charge trip charges unless they get out of control. We work with our customers to help them finalize selections in a timely manner so not to keep our supervisor and contractors waiting. As far as pricing we price cost and then a builders fee. I want you to know truly what you are getting into as well as how much profit I am bringing in. We individually price each project to insure that you are on time and in or under budget. We are also a company who believes in protecting our customers with Lien Releases throughout your project. When the project is complete all Lien Releases are given to our clients to be put on file to insure no future problems arise if you were to sell you home or refinance. I buy at volume prices to give the best price to my customers. For all Angie's List members we can discuss a discount pertaining to your specific project. I must say as many remodels that we have accomplished my most favorite part of my job is the anticipation of my clients and their caution on the front end and their pure elation and complete awww at the completion of their project. Last but not least this is our true PASSION.
