Locally owned, family run pest control business. We have people call all the time who we exterminated a yellow jacket nest 5-8 years ago for them and now they have ants. We especially enjoy realizing that our newest customer, is the 5th or 6th in a chain of people referred to us. We were honored by the King County chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers by being voted VENDOR OF THE YEAR 2011. We are definitely ODOROUS ... HOUSE ANT specialist. We have many customers who suffered poor service and poor results with other pest control companies, then hire us and we get results. An example of that is, at a health club in Burien, for years the other company failed to make progress on their Odorous House (aka sugar ants) ant issue. The problem was a different guy would show up every month, so no one learned the building, therefore no one understood where to focus their efforts and quite frankly, no one cared. Even after the manager called to warn the prior company she was going to cancel service, they didn't put out any extra effort. On our third monthly service, when the manager was asked if there had been any ant sightings, her face lit up and with a big smile she exclaimed, "No! There hasn't been." She was amazed that the problem was finally under control. We told her, "We didn't do anything phenomenal, or superhuman, we just did what should have been done years ago." That's the key to the wonderful, almost fanatical customer loyalty we have, we just do what should be done to do the job right and charge fair prices. Maybe, in this day and age, that is doing something phenomenal.
