We are a family owned business operating out of Monmouth County for over 35 years. We do not advertise - you must be referred to us. We do not rely on Realtor referrals for business - our clients come to us from previous customers, lawyers and the ASHI website. We do structural and mechanical systems inspections, and produce a fully written, comprehensive narrative report explaining problems, what caused them and what remedial measures will be ... needed. At the end of the report is a numbered, bulleted Addendum that provides a brief highlight of those issues is a list format to provide an easy reference tool for decision making or negotiation. A copy of David's CV is always available upon request and you are encouraged to request a copy so that you know the credentials of the person who will potentially be protecting your very important investment should you choose to use us.
