DeFord Insulating Company is owned and operated by Caleb DeFord. Caleb graduated from Thomas Edison State College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing. He got his start in the spray foam industry by working with Joel Sult of Sult Spray Foam Insulation and learned on the job while gradually buying the business on contract. Caleb has been working in the spray foam industry for 6 years and has enjoyed a wide va ...riety of experiences and challenges in many different circumstances. After buying the business in 2010, Caleb renamed it DeFord Insulating Company. We believe that “A good name is to be chosen rather than great riches.” - Proverbs 22:1 We recognize that every job we do either builds our reputation or tears it down and this is why we strive to make you completely satisfied and impressed with each and every job we do. We have gained a great deal of experience while serving such varied customers as large scale agricultural co-ops, small town home owners, and commercial contractors. We have experience with both interior and exterior applications, new construction and remodels, heights and holes, wind and water, pigs and cattle. We've worked with both electrical and building code officials and we've helped our customers apply for rebate programs from power supply companies and the IRS.
