As a Long Island, N.Y. licensed Home Improvement Contractor for more than 25 years, I learned what it takes to run a remodeling business and how to satisfy customers. Now, with the help of two of my sons, I combine my knowledge and experience with their technical skills to provide our customers with a comprehensive report which includes a thorough checklist, itemized summary, and plenty of detailed photos. In addition, my current background and employment as a Building Code Official, Building and Plumbing Inspector, as well as Residential and Commercial Plans Examiner provides me with the additional knowledge of Building and Fire Codes. This combined experience and training allows us to provide you with a quality service that will give you the information needed (computerized report ready within 24 hours of inspection), to guide you with your decision. Many of our past customers have attested to saving thousands of dollars in costly repairs through leverage gained by utilizing the information in our reports at the bargaining table prior to closing.
