Most have been used for years. Permits are always gotten when required and inspections done accordingly. We never use marginal materials or building practices. We work under contract to minimize mis- understanding and to protect both parties. We do labor only, labor plus material ... costs or full contract jobs. We work with customers at many different levels, depending upon the desires of the customer as to project completion. We may charge trip charges depending upon the project. All design/architect/engineer fees are paid when incurred. Building and other associated fees are paid at signing of contract. References are always available. Our service area is usually within a 50 mile radius of 22650. If the project warrants we extend the distance. Customer satisfaction and safety is our goal.
