Dolan, CET is NICET certified under the (National Institute of Certification in Engineering Technologies). Design Software: We use the following design software packages: AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Google Sketchup, Google Earth, Inkscape, DAZ Studio 3D, ... Adobe Photoshop, GIMP 2, Microsoft Movie Maker. Project Bid Proposals & Cost Estimates: All project estimates and bid proposals are free of charge. All project bid proposals are good for 30 days after proposal submission. Subcontractors: Subcontractors are sometimes used depending on project. Project bid proposal will acknowledge if subcontractor is needed. Subcontractor usually means Engineer's signature on drawing submission. Service Fees: All service fees depend on size of project. Service fees are based on an hourly rate. Service fees will be included in project bid proposal. Potential client has 30 days to accept or reject project bid proposal. Service Invoice is issued after every project. Service location and trip charges: Dolan Design Group provides services both nationaly as well as internationaly. All on-site meetings, flight accomodations and hotel rooms are seperate charges from bid proposal and are the responsibility of the client. Local on site meetings are not the responsibility of the client and are not subject to charges.
