We will take your personal needs and lifestyle into consideration for the design. G.M. Builders has a full in house service for blue prints. We are totally Cad capable. (Computer Assisted Design) This allows us to work with you step by step in the design process. We will start with your ideas, present you with ...preliminary drawings and make the necessary changes to fit your needs. Changes are easily made with the drawing being stored in the computer. Materials and specifications- G.M. Builders uses top of the line material in the construction process. We also realize that there are many good products in the market today. Therefore we are always staying up to date on new product lines and information so that we may properly inform our customers concerning products they may want to use. THE G.M. BUILDERS WAY WHEN WE START CONSTRUCTION ON YOUR HOME WE WILL WORK CLOSELY WITH THE SUBCONTRACTORS & SUPPLIERS TO COORDINATE THE BUILDING PROCESS. It all starts with the plans and specification that are provided to every homeowner, subcontractor and supplier along with a schedule of construction events. George will work closely with the subcontractor in the coordination of the jobsite. Our subcontractors and suppliers are the best there is, and we know you will find them a pleasure to work with. WHERE ARE WE COMING FROM? G.M. BUILDERS HAS BEEN A STRONG SUPPORTER OF THE WINNEBAGO HOME BUILDERS ASSOCIATION FOR MANY YEARS. George is proud to be a past president of the association, also George has served on many committees. Recently George has been awarded the Presidential Decade Award Most Valuable Member. George also serves on the Residential Construction coarse curriculum committee for the Fox Valley Technical College. This is a one year coarse on new home construction were the students build a new home. So give us a call and see what Georg can do to make home project a reality!
