General Contractors serving the Bay Area. Lou Iacomini started Iacomini Construction in 1966 in San Jose, California. After years of working for others Lou decided to start building for himself. Iacomini construction thrived through the next few decades by demonstrating hard work, consistency and craftsmanship. By 2000, Iacomini construction had successfully built over 100 custom homes through the south bay neighborhoods of Saratoga, Monte Ser ...eno, Almaden and Willow Glen. In 2002, Lou’s son Enzo Iacomini graduated from San Diego State University and took over where his father had left off. Growing up, Enzo watched his fathers every move. He was able to learn the meaning of hard work, a mentality that is a necessity in construction. Due to the shortage of land and the high demand for quality construction, Iacomini Construction still builds custom homes but has specialized in remodels and additions.
