I am a hands-on onsite contractor with professional employee's to assure everything provided is of the highest quality. I have an experienced set of sub-contractors I work with in the electrical, plumbing and HVAC fields to ensure that you project is done with liscensed professionals. The vast majority of my customers are repeat customers satisfied with my work ethic, work quality, meeting timelines and leaving the job site clean and in order whe ...n I am finished. My billing procedures consist of giving you a formal written quote with my guarenteed signature, 50% of job to start the project covering material, then once the project is completed to mutual satisfaction the remaining portion of the job will be paid and you will recieve a formal invoice for total. I accept checks, cash, and credit cards. Special promotions are ran thoughout the year, for example there is a winter interior remodeling promotion for 10% off labor cost of the project running from November to February. From March to May there is also 10% off labor costs for roofing and siding. Returning customers will recieve a discount of 5% off all future projects, and $50 cash for all referrals that lead to a new project for I.L. Construction.
