We are a small contracting company with six men who have been with us for quite a few years. They are experienced in all areas of construction. We provide a free initial estimate. We do sub-contract out electrical, plumbing, insulation, roofing and concrete work to sub-contractors we have used for years that know our standards. We pride ourselves on the quality of our workmanship and the timely manner in which we complete a project. All our pro ...jects are done by detailed contract of work to be performed and with payment schedule included on contract. Customers are invoiced based on the contract with final payment due in full when project totally finished and inspected. We service Tidewater,Va and outlying areas. Joyner Bros. has been in business for 12 years and we have an excellent reputation.
