We are a small company. We focus on one job at a time, so attention to customer concerns, wants, needs and job details is always at a premium level. We currently provide work for three full time employees and one part time employee (as needed to keep up with schedules). We will be expanding to one more full time crew of three employees by summer time (as it takes time to train employees to the highest standard). We do not subcontract any jobs. Pe ...riod. We beleive that we should only take enough work that we can do the right way, and not any more. We will never take on am extra job just to to give it away to as a sub contract to make a few extra bucks.
