Ocean Air Contracting Is an independent dealer of Trane heating and cooling products for homes and businesses. President Arnie Bossard has been in the buisness since 1992 when he graduated from UTI in Pheonix, AZ. Upon graduation Arnie Has had some exciting and challenging positions such as Walt Disney's World on Ice production crew, Bering sea crab boat deck hand and refrigeration crew boss. Arnie also has spent many years as project foreman/man ...ager for large commercial projectst in the western Washington area. In 2008 Arnie decided it was time to start his own company and build his team of profesionals for the industry. Thats just what he is doing. The morals of Ocean Air Contracting are to treat all customers with fair and respectful buisness like manners in every job. In the first year of buisness Ocean Air Contracting has been approved to do buisness with the Grays Harbor PUD for providing PTCS approved HVAC systems.(Heating and a/c systems that qualify for rebate funded, when passing all criteria.) Other accomplishments in the first year are, Attain a Trane independent dealership for heating and cooling equipment, and a Mitsubishi ductless heat pump dealership for Mitsubishi products. Ocean Air Contracting does not charge for consoltation appoitments or for estimating a project cost. Ocean Air Contracting to take care of their customers not once but to build solid relationsships on integrity and fairness.
