There are two types of service businesses: capital driven and consumer driven. Both are striving to be profitable. However, a capital driven business focuses on the sale of the service while a consumer driven business focuses on repetitive customers. One of the reasons I started OMNI Plumbing was to have control over customer ...satisfaction. I believe in costumer relations and run my business as a consumer driven business. All of my training is hands on and self-taught, from the business end to the technical side. I've been doing plumbing since 1997 and have a wide range of experience. I first registered OMNI Plumbing with the Orange County Clerk's Office in 2000. Early on I did mostly residential plumbing. I now service both residential and commercial clients as well as providing consulting for any individual or organization that has a complicated issue. You have to be a jack of all trades and a master of one in order to have a successful service business.
