When Penoco first opened its doors in April of 1988, founders Donald Peno and Timothy Sommer wanted to provide their customers with unbeatable service. By 1996, Penco had grown immensely, taking on countless jobs and hiring several more employees. The time had come to relocate from their cozy office at Cato Park to a much larger space in Pleasant Gap. In 2009, to accommodate the company's continuing growth, the building went under major interior renovations. Over the past 25 years, Penoco has presented superior service to residential homes, offices, churches, hospitals, and schools. They have been known and trusted for their experience and excellence in asbestos building inspection and abatement, mold inspection and remediation, radon testing and mitigation, and lead-based paint testing, along with interior demolition, shot blasting, floor preparation, and building inspections.
