We are a small firm specializing in residential design - both new homes & additions. We specialize in older (historic) homes - especially Arts & Crafts homes. We also handle smaller commercial & retail projects - storefronts & tenant improvements - anything upto about 100,000 SF in size. We cover the entire finger Lakes Region from Canadaigua & Hornell in the west to Auburn & Owego in the east. We have completed many stunning lakeside homes & ad ...ditions - many are shown on our website. We are unique in that Mr Steer personally handles all aspects of your project from the initial design through to completion of the construction so you will benefit directly from his more than 35 years of experience. No junior employees will work on your project.
