Established in 1999, Power Wash Seal of Bergen County, LLC. is a Montvale, NJ based corporation, fully insured, licensed in Bergen County, NJ and Rockland County, NY, we are Wolman Wood Certified Specialist. Our operation is broken down into wet processing and dry finishing and serves both residential and commercial establishments. Multi faceted, we clean, strip, stain, seal, paint and restore exterior surfaces of aging homes, office b ...uildings, hotels, schools and churches as well as above and underground parking. Included are roofs, decks (composite & wood), walks, patios, pavers, pool surrounds, stucco, concrete, granite, precast concrete and blue/limestone. Dry finishing includes build or reconstruction of decks, re shingling cedar, painting and staining, masonry repair, hot asphalt patching and driveway sealing. Our services also include above and underground parking power wash services. Removal of all debris and litter from all parking areas including sidewalks and building entrances Detail person to clean any areas not accessible by machine. Removal of any heavy debris such as mud build ups or weeds along curb areas Pressure washing of underground garages including removal of salt and oil deposits and carbon build up from aggressive braking Pressure washing of walls, ceilings and pipes Pressure washing of stairwells and garage doors Pressure washing and gum removal on sidewalks and building entrances. The combination of salt, oil and carbon attacks cement and re rods causing them to swell and eventually cracking the floor. This is dangerous to pedestrians, employees and vehicles.
