We are a sole-proprietor company. Scotty does all the work himself with one helper. He does not want to be big or branch out. We are still old fashioned, we have been through the hurricanes with no power, and technology does not help you. We prefer to talk to you, write down your name, phone number, address, and the problem you are having. Scotty comes out to your job site and gives you a free estimate. Each job is bid as it is, with ...what ever you need to fix it right. Financing is done with Scotty, our payment policy is a blank box so that he can fill in how you are going to pay. We have never charged finance charges, unless you don't pay how you signed you were going to pay. Talk to Scotty, be honest, and he fills in the payment policy however is best for you and him. We do not take credit cards. Scotty is a perfectionist with his work and we have a wall of Thank you notes to prove it. Most people never new their old garage door could work that good. He prefers the old mechanical to the new technology fewer glitches and problems. So please call us instead of e-mail.
