We handle mitigation directly (structural drying, content manipulation and cleaning, smoke and soot removal) and then act as your General Contractor for putting your home back together. This gives you a single point of contact and a single responsible party for putting your home back together. For emergency services we can bill your insurance carrier directly and there is usually no need to for your involvement. We collect your deductible at ... the beginning of reconstruction projects and bill the insurance carrier for the rest. On larger projects we may require a draw from your insurance carrier prior to beginning work. This is evaluated on each project and we will work with the insurance company on the payment specifics. If your insurance provider is not involved, we will generally require payment in thirds. One third prior to beginning reconstruction, another third at midpoint and the final third within 30 days of completion. These terms are a guideline only and may differ on your specific project.
