We are a fully certified restoration firm. We are also a licensed general contractor, with an “unlimited” license. Steve has been in the restoration industry since 2002. During this time he has achieved five different certifications: Advanced Structural Drying, Water Restoration Technician, Odor Control Technician, Fire Smoke Restoration Technician, and has received the training of a Certified Microbial Remediation. Steve and his wife Carol have run the business since 2002, Carol handles the accounting and Human Resources while Steve mainly deals with the day to day operations. They have two wonderfully talented children. Their daughter has just graduated college and their son is currently enrolled in college at High Point University.
