Our main focus is to re-anchor mobile homes, relevel when needed and repair vapor barrier if any has been compromised, all under the home. We bring homes up to 15C-1.0104 & satisfy FS 320.8325 Florida codes and issue a certificate of completion once the anchoring job has been completed. This certificate ...makes the home eligible for reduced homeowners insurance through American Integrity / Pinnacle Insurance Company out of Tampa. My company does not accept any money down, no deposit up front, nor downpayment of any kind. Once the job is complete and the homeowner is happy with the completion and the owner /. crew chief is happy with the completion, then settlement can take place. This company cares, and being the owner, I don't compromise this principle for any reason.
