Best of all, you can feel confident and secure contacting Tim The Handyman LLC as we are: • Licensed Bonded Insured RATES (Normal Business Hours: Mon thru Fri 9AM to 5PM) Standard Hourly Rates: • $60 for first hour (1 hour minimum) • $35 for each additional hour (billed to the half hour) Rates out side Normal Business Hours: • $75.00 for the 1st hour (1 hour minimum) • $50.00 for each additional hour (billed to the half hour) Hourly rates begin at arrival and end at departure and include set-up and clean-up. Tim The Handyman proudly serves Seattle but due to increased travel time, jobs located North of the Lake Washington Ship Canal will incur a trip fee $20. Also, if you schedule an appointment and you are not there (service cannot be performed) you will be billed a $35.00 trip fee. Senior citizens, 60 and older will receive a 10% discount off all labor cost. The following is a partial list of the services we provide.
