We offer Cleaning/Janitorial services in the tri-state area (NY,NJ,CT), we provide one-time cleaning services aswell as continuous services. we currently have 4 employees. We currently do not use sub-contractors. As of today a cleaning service license is not required, we will obtain it once it is a requirement. Our pricing is reasonable and is determined on a case by case basis, we do not charge a set price for travel fees de to the nature of the ... differentiation from client to client. Some clients need services that are within reach via mass transit and others are in remote locations which require the use of a vehicle mandatorily.We will offer a 10-20% discount to Angi's list members depending on the jobs scale. All of our employees have passed a background check and we are insured by a Warren Buffet company which is consider a A- class insuror.
