I have two employees. Myself and John Spires. I have 10 years experience installing Hardwood and Laminate. John has 6 years experience. I only sub contract work to people I know and have worked with for years. I have two good friends in the total remodeling business and use them for jobs like drywall. I am always on the job. Usually I require a small deposit to schedule the project. All materials are paid for as needed. Depending on the ...size of the project I may require a partial payment half way through and final payment is expected upon final inspection and completion of the project. I am running a special of $2.25 per sq. ft for Hardwood installation.
