Hello and thank you for taking a minute to learn about us...We look forward to working with you! WAB Landscape has been providing commercial and residential landscape maintenance and winter services to our clients in Spokane and Northern Idaho since 1996. We are an owner operated company that is relationship based. Our long time clients have been the key to our success and longevity in a market where companies come and go on a regular basis. Man ...y of our customers have been with us 10 years or longer and are our primary source of advertising. 90 plus percent of our new business is by referral of from existing customers. We are not interested in being the biggest provider , we are only interested in being the best. If you haven't heard of our company it's understandable. Our core business has been working with business owners and property and facility mangers with multiple locations and because of these relationships we have enjoyed a steady amount of work without having to advertise. In our 18 years in business We have provided services for shopping malls, movie theatres, government facilities, transfer stations, television and radio stations, assisted care facilities, retail outlets, national chains, storage facilities, PUD developments, gated communities as well as personal residences. We are general contractors as well as licensed commercial spray applicators but with the exception of larger commercial irrigation and some help with plowing in the winter we handle most things in house. We have a small crew and prefer it that way. The number of employees that we have varies each season but in our history we have had as few as 1 and as many as 10. It depends on our contract load for the year. One of the keys to our success is to never take on more work than we can handle effectively.
