Hi! My name is Jose Nieto and my passion is to help others. Your interest in our company is greatly appreciated. From fundraising in grade school, to flipping burgers at Burger King, to detailing cars at the car wash, my single objective was to serve others.. Throughout the years, I have learned that customer service is my calling. After recognizing a need I could provide, I made my way into entrepreneurship - where I could make a real difference .... In 2007 I founded Xtreme Clean Chimney Sweep, only offering chimney and dryer vent cleaning. Shortly after starting, I began to notice how much people smiled and were completely satisfied when they saw the amount of buildup (creosote) that was removed without making a complete disaster of their living room. I knew this was my chance to provide the Best Customer Service Experience possible. The feedback gained from those I served fueled my desire to find other ways I could help more people. After 4 years, in just a few months, I had received 3 requests for window cleaning. That was my sign, I had found another way to be of assistance. After doing some research, I discovered gutter cleaning went hand-in-hand with window cleaning. Great! Now I have 4 ways to help others. We must always listen with sincerity and give new ideas equal ground on which to stand and be tested. We resolve to communicate openly, to respect others, to be fair with others and to maintain a down-to-earth approach in our effort to interact with each other. Currently we are a small company. Right now, giving great service is easy because I'm on site 100% of the time. However, my goal is to build a company culture that promotes giving amazing "call home to your Mama" customer service as we grow. Our goals also include giving back to our community. As we grow we hope to be able to have even a larger part in giving back to others and our community. Our plan is to leave the world a little better and a little "Brighter" place then we found it.
